Objective
I began with discussing the main pain points of the series. After interviewing twelve people who had watched the show I deduced that the main issue was keeping track of the various families and cities who existed within the fictional world of Westeros.
My research led me to the assumption that it would be useful to have a centralized database/app that housed all the complex information in one space.
